Entry Notification: This will be sent out via e-mail as soon as the timetable is ratified. Included will be times of the sessions when the classes will be held and the venue, along with a full timetable and further information for the performers. Any errors spotted should be e-mailed to [email protected]

Classes: Some classes will be run together with a final adjudication to allow more time for adjudication/teaching opportunities
Programme: The programme will be available electronically to all entrants and will be available in hard copy from January.
Tickets: Tickets for classes are available on the day, concert tickets are available from the Town Hall box office.
Audience: We welcome an audience to all sessions
Refreshments: We have revised the catering arrangements in order to provide a good service for performers and supporters either in the main reception area or the crush room.
Reports: Performers receive a written report on their performance, excepting finals
Certificates: All children (school year 6 and under) who take part in individual classes receive a certificate of performance
Trophies: All winners of trophies will be required to sign for them and leave contact details
Photographs: Recording of performances is not allowed. Festival photographers will be present throughout the festival.
Teachers: Teachers who enter pupils for classes are entitled to a special teacher’s ticket which allows them into all classes (not workshops, concerts or young musician of the year) at reduced cost.
